Terms of use

CIARAN is a personal intelligence application maintained by CIARAN Industries. These terms describe use of this implementation. Google connection verification is pending; an enabled deployment is not a claim of Google approval.

Your account and authorization

Use only accounts and data you are authorized to access. Keep your CIARAN credentials secure. Connecting an external service does not grant Work access, administrative authority or permission to act on another person’s behalf. Do not attempt to bypass authorization or interfere with other users.

Connected services

Google connections provide only the read capabilities described in Settings and the privacy notice. Google’s own terms and organizational access policies also apply. Availability depends on valid consent, server permissions, provider limits and configuration. Results may be incomplete or outdated; review the original source before relying on them.

Actions and outputs

Conversation outputs are assistance, not a guarantee of accuracy or proof that an action was completed. Google write operations are unavailable. Task and memory changes use explicit confirmation and existing governance. Review consequential decisions yourself.

Control and retention

You may disconnect Google and request deletion through the controls described in the privacy notice. Disconnect, retained-data deletion and CIARAN account closure have different effects. The operator must publish deployment-specific support, retention and account-closure arrangements before public launch.

Deployment status

This implementation does not establish a paid service commitment, availability guarantee or completed production verification. The deployment operator must review and complete applicable business and legal terms before public distribution.
